Tammy possesses a passion for fitness, health and an overall sense of well-being. She strives to educate, assist and coach individuals to achieve their fitness goals and improve their lifestyle.
Tammy has been involved in fitness since 1987 beginning with bodybuilding and has built from there. She is an ISSA Certified Fitness Trainer, an American Muscle and Fitness Certified Personal Trainer and Sports Nutritionist as well as a member of the INBF (International Natural Bodybuilding and Fitness).
She has worked in various roles from personal training, to aerobics training, bodybuilding and strength and conditioning coaching. She has experience with individuals ranging in age from children to seniors with and without disabilities. She has the ability to interpret and define client needs through interviewing and information gathering processes and provides personal training to individuals to maximize workout efficienty, improve fitness, increase stamina and improve overall well-being.
Tammy has facilitated boot-camp classes in various formats, skill levels and intensities. Additionally she has designed and implemented personalized exercise and meal plans targeting specific condition and concerns. Tammy's most recent accomplishment includes entering the world of figure competitions earning herself the following:

"I motivate not intimidate"
Billy has had a personal passion for body building since he was 16 years old, and is an ISSA Certified Fitness Trainer. He was once at a max size of 265lbs with 15% body fat prior to tearing off his right bicep. After two years of recovery, he found a style of interval training that he enjoyed and it was tweaked to the fullest while working at Drench.
Billy truly enjoys the clients in every class, seeing how far they will push themselves when asked. He loves to bring something new to each and every workout to keep clients wondering what will happen next.
Outside of CORE, Billy has been in the mortgage industry for the past 17 years helping people purchase and refinance their residential mortgage needs.

About three years back, Kat fell in love with fitness after completing a Jillian Michaels DVD workout. She couldn't get enough of learning different and more challenging exercises, playing around with many fitness tools such as kettle bells, UGI balls, and Equalizers, while also making use of more accessible objects like park benches and stairs.
With the influence of her kickboxing instructor at UW-Milwaukee, Kat realized she, too wanted to help others become healthier and stronger.
Having fun and exercising go hand-in-hand and Kat wants to inspire others to maintain this happy and healthy mind-set.
Kat has taught classes such as boot camp, butt and gut, and is now a kickboxing and boxing instructor. She is a certified personal trainer through ACE.
Besides working out, Kat loves to stay active in other ways, like exploring forests, baking, and painting. She loves meeting new people and would love to help clients achieve their fitness goals.
