Killer Core: Prepare yourself for an assault on the abdominal muscles and lower back. This class will work your midsection utilizing our CrossCore trainers and kettle bells. We'll even throw in some cardio drills for good measure!

Kettle Kraze: A workout centered on strength and form. Kettlebells are the main focus in this workout, while incorporating the CrossCore.

Cardio Combat: This class is sure to get your heart-rate up! Utilizing the CrossCore and the plain ol' floor in a Tabata style workout, you'll be burning calories long after you leave.

A Little TMC: Total muscle conditioning that is. Using your own body weight along with the CrossCore, light weights/kettlebells and medicine balls we'll get those muscles in tip top and toned shape!

Pre-Core: Beginner's class for those that want to start out slow.

Total Muscle Confusion: A mixture of CrossCore Trainers, kettlebells, dumbbells, and core movements infused into a Tabata style of training. This class will never be the same and always have your muscles wondering "what's next".

HIIT and Fit: (High.Intensity.Interval.Training) a method of cardio that takes much less to burn fat and keep the heart rate in maximum fat burning mode, utilizing kettlebells and CrossCore trainers.

Morning Mayhem: No coffee needed!! Start off your day with a mixture of Plyometrics, also known as "jump training" and core strengthening movements. This workout will cause fat burning long after it's over.

Ring in the Bells: A mixture of kettlebell and dumbbell exercises infused with H.I.I.T training.

20-20-20: 20 mins of intense cardio, 20 mins of power body movements, 20 mins of abs.

Power Plus: Using a mixture of bodybuilding and core strengthening movements utilizing weights, this workout will be less cardio than most but more internal burning.

3-2-1: Inspired by fitness guru, Jillian Michaels, burn some serious calories and build muscle. This kick-butt workout mixes circuits of 3 minutes strength, 2 minutes cardio, and 1 minute of abdominal work, giving you a challenging full-body workout.

Kat's Kraziness: Ever wish you had more energy? Kat has plenty to share with you! With a mixture of heart pumping Tabata circuits and HIIT intervals, you're sure to get that boost of energy you need to tackle anything in your day.
